Wedding date is on Saturday, December 15. Most friends and family are arriving on Thursday, December 13 and departing either Sunday, December 16 or Monday, December 17. Room rates are good for the entire week of the wedding. Feel free to come a few days before or after the wedding.

Booking Your Flight
Book your flight into Cancún International Airport (Airport Code: CUN). Visit websites to find the best deal. The sooner you book, the better deal you might get. Check out: Kayak, Expedia, Priceline, CheapOAir, and there is always American Airlines, United, Delta, US Airways, etc. Your reward points or credit card miles might come in handy, too.

Please visit http://travel.state.gov/passport/get/get_4855.html to get information about applying or renewing your passport. Please make sure your passport will not expire before the trip. Allow 6 weeks for processing. That means, you have to get this ball rolling before November 1 to avoid that rush fee. A passport 'card' will not work to fly internationally.

The idea is basically that all the guests contact the DMC (Destination Management Company) to get to and from the airport safely. You may get in a cab if you wish, but the DMC company comes recommended for American travelers. Alex is our contact at 'Your Cancun DMC'. She will work on a flight manifest to see when everyone arrives and departs in order to share the transportation services, that way the cost will be cheaper for each guest.

and get everything set up for the transportation
